Our company has developed a complete after-sales service system and effective after-sales service measures, and has opened a dedicated after-sales service hotline to provide users with satisfactory questions and technical support; and has a after-sales service department to conduct regular return visits to customers. The company currently has a number of professional after-sales service engineers as a strong after-sales service team to provide protection for your after-sales service. Our company makes the following maintenance service commitments to you, and provides maintenance services to you in accordance with the requirements of the service commitments.
I. One-year limited warranty on the machine <br /> From the date of your purchase (the date on which the machine is installed and commissioned), the machine is guaranteed for one year free of charge.
After sales process
1. After the machine is successfully installed and debugged, the company enters the customer's file, and sends professional after-sales service engineers to be responsible for technical tracking services and regularly track the machine usage. After the machine reports a fault, you can call our phone or notify us in writing of the after-sales service department. We will contact you by phone within 1 hour after receiving the notification to understand the detailed cause of the failure and determine the time for on-site repairs.
2. When the after-sales service engineer visits the home, perform a detailed inspection of the machine, then introduce the cause of the failure to you in detail, and then perform maintenance. After the machine is repaired, you confirm the completion of the repair and sign on the after-sales service operation form.
3. On-site repair time <br /> Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Foshan and other cities will be repaired within 4 working hours, and repaired within 24 hours outside the province.
IV. Exemption from warranty obligations <br /> For the following reasons, the company does not assume free warranty obligations for machine failure, abnormal operation or damage, please choose paid services.
1. When your machine exceeds the warranty period;
2. You did not use and maintain the machine or caused damage according to the instructions;
3. Causes of force majeure such as natural disasters (such as earthquakes and fires).
